Gokshura or Devils thorn,(Tribulus terrestris L.) is an Ayurvedic herb most commonly known for its immunity-boosting, aphrodisiac, and rejuvenation properties. Gokshura might be useful to manage prostate gland disorders such as benign prostatic hyperplasia. It also improves the urine flow and helps in the almost complete emptying of the bladder thus decreasing urine retention.
